If you’ve ever needed help figuring out a PDF pattern, I’ve got a video series for you!
Today we’re learning how to download, print and cut out any PDF sewing pattern.

Hey friends!  I’m SO excited to start releasing a new series of videos called the Infinite A-line How-To videos!  This series takes you step-by-step through my Infinite A-line Dress pattern instructions, beginning with how to download the pattern, all the way through adding the button placket.

Sewing a new pattern can be intimidating, especially if you’re trying to stretch your sewing skills.  This series will make sure that you never get stuck on a step or make a mistake.  I hope it helps anyone who wants to sew one of these for the little lady in your life.

Today’s video shows you exactly how to download the pattern, print it out, assemble and cut out the pattern pieces and then cut out your fabric.

Just a few notes:

*I’m demonstrating how to print and cut out View D (the dress that Vivian is wearing on the left in the picture above) and I only show how to cut out 1 of each pattern piece out of fabric.  Obviously some need to be cut out more than once so make sure you follow the instructions on each piece!

*I also forgot to mention that you can choose which size paper you’ll be printing on, by checking the appopriate layer in the layers panel (just like you can choose which size dress to print).  You can choose between A4 or 8.5″ x 11″ paper.

*I use Chrome on a PC and Adobe Acrobat in the video, so the process will be slightly different with a different browser or on a Mac.  But any PDF reader will work!

*The gorgeous rayon I’m using in the video is this Rifle Paper Co print from Cotton + Steel!

I have videos for each step of the dress contruction, so check them out below!
