Here are 12 must-have leopard accessories and how to wear them!

You guys. Leopard is my love language.  It is the perfect neutral.  It’s that animal print that’s been en vogue for decades and I hope never, ever gets old.  Although even if it does one day go out of style, you better believe I’ll unfashionably rock it as a clueless grandma.

Even though I’ve been wearing leopard for ages, (including a trashy fake fur coat I thrifted during college in the early 2000’s), I’m especially happy when leopard is easy to find… like this season!  I keep stumbling upon the best accessories in a cute leopard print (because nobody like a lame leopard print, let’s be honest) especially shoes.

So here are my favorites; happy shopping!

**I just pulled on those chunky heels (#10) after getting them in the mail and they are HEAVEN!  So comfy, cute and will go with everything.  Highly recommend!  I bought this foldover clutch (#1) last year and use it all the time.  I may also own a leopard coat similar to this one…and leopard flats…and two pairs of leopard heels.  But I don’t have a problem.

 

If you’re less certain of how to wear these bold accessories, here are some of my favorite outfit ideas that are just begging for a pop of leopard:  A plain white tee and jeans; a red or black fancy dress for date night; solid colored jumpsuit; black and white striped sweater and leggings; you name it!  It can honestly be pulled off with SO many options…just try to stay away from wearing lots of oranges or yellows with leopard since it’s already heavy on that color family.  It looks best with the other side of the color wheel (pink, red, blue, purple, etc) and of course other neutrals.
